Knowledge Layer
Core business dataYour core business data, documents, reports, and operating context organized so AI can answer operational questions, run in-depth analysis, and produce managed reports.
Ask from the live business context.
Get sourced answers from the current state of the business.
Turn business data into answers, analysis, and managed reports.
Knowledge Layer gives AI the context it needs to work with the real state of the business: current data, approved sources, operating rules, and reusable report logic. People get quick answers, deeper analysis, and managed reports from the same trusted layer.
Personal & Team Agents
Repeatable workRepeatable AI workflows for recurring operational work across people, teams, stores, and departments, packaged through scoped platform and business-line implementations.
Turn useful patterns into repeatable work.
Agents are what happens when a useful workflow deserves to be run again. They inherit the same environment, tools, rules, and business context, then carry work forward for a person, team, store, or department.
Business-Line Solutions
Load-bearing workAI systems for the functions where business outcomes are measured: service, parts, sales, warranty, precision, administration, operations, or other load-bearing work.
Bring AI into the workflows where ROI is measured.
Business-Line Solutions take the shared platform into the places where outcomes are measured: service, sales, parts, warranty, precision, administration, operations, or any function where better decisions and less friction show up in the business.
AI pricing that scales with value, not headcount.
Give the whole company access without buying a seat for every employee before usage is clear.
No per-seat license sprawl. Mainstreet subscriptions cover the platform, while hosting, model, token, storage, and search usage stays visible in your own accounts with no Mainstreet markup. As adoption grows, you can see which workflows are actually paying back.
Built for lean operational businesses. Deeply focused on equipment dealerships.
Mainstreet AI is designed for businesses where important work depends on people, systems, documents, customer context, store-level habits, and operational judgment.
AI for equipment dealerships
For dealerships, AI has to work where the business already happens: service, parts, sales, precision, warranty, administration, and multi-store operations. This is our deepest current focus because the ROI can show up across the whole operating model.
Referenced in dealer-industry coverage of practical AI adoption.

A steady partner for a fast-moving fieldRyan RosztoczyFounder, Mainstreet AI · Denver, Colorado
AI is a critically important technology for your business to harness. You need a partner who can bring it into your business safely, keep it grounded in real work, and make sure the value accrues to you.
Mainstreet AI is built for companies that want AI to be useful, controlled, and worth the investment. We deploy practical systems inside the environment you already run, connect them to the context that matters, and keep improving them as the technology changes.
Founder-led means the work stays close to the customer: clear judgment, careful implementation, direct accountability, and a bias toward value over hype.
The things buyers ask first.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
In your existing controlled environment. We do not ask you to move your operating knowledge into a disconnected AI platform. We access your environment only as needed to set up, support, and improve the system, with least-privilege access and MFA, and you control approvals, permissions, and usage.
What happens if we pause managed services?
Your platform subscriptions can continue separately. If managed services pause, support, updates, monitoring, evaluations, enablement, and roadmap work pause too, and we provide a scoped transition handoff. If subscriptions end as well, we plan export and offboarding so access winds down cleanly.
Do we need an internal AI or software team to make this work?
No. Most of our clients have a capable IT team and no software team - that's exactly the gap we fill. We are your software team: we build, monitor, update, evaluate, and train. Your IT keeps doing what it already does well - accounts, access, and security approvals - and we work inside the guardrails they set. Beyond that, all we need is a point of contact and people willing to put AI to work on their actual jobs.
How fast can we go live?
The first phase typically goes live in weeks, not months. The honest variables are on your side of the fence: access approvals, security sign-off, and data-source availability. We set target dates at kickoff and define go-live concretely - your initial users in, your initial use cases working.
How is this priced as we add users?
It isn't priced seat by seat. Enterprise AI Chat and the AI Platform bundle cover organization-wide access, and the Agents subscription is a flat monthly subscription rather than a per-agent fee. Hosting, tokens, storage, and cloud usage scale with actual use and are paid directly to your providers with full visibility.
Can it talk to our customers?
Not by default - and that's deliberate. The platform is for your internal teams first, where value is proven and quality is measured. Customer-facing AI is a separately scoped step with its own safeguards, taken when you're ready, not on day one.
What does the first conversation look like?
Thirty minutes, no deck. Bring one workflow, department, or recurring bottleneck. We'll map where AI could create value first, what systems and context it would need, what the first phase would look like, and what it would cost.
See where AI can start compounding inside your business.
Bring one workflow, one department, or one recurring bottleneck. We will help identify where AI can create value first, what systems and context it would need, and what a practical first phase could look like.
No prep required - bring a workflow, a business question, or just the problem you want solved.
